Just to tell you a little about myself, I was born during the second world war in Steenwijk the Netherlands. At the age of 16 years my family decided to immigrate to Australia, my Dad Gerlof and my mother Jeltje Taekema Meijer, plus us three boys (Myself) Rintje John and Gary, plus my four sisters Willy, Wietske Lonie and Froukje, all came to Australia.
Before coming to Australia as a family we were living in Nijverdal, between Zwolle and Almelo in the Province of Overijssel. I worked for 2 years in Rijssen at a Jute factory Ter Horst & Co,(1958-1960) the factory was there for over 100 years. It was the major source for employment.
Nijverdal is a beautiful Town, and I have been back there many times since leaving to come to Australia.

During the last 37 years I have been blessed to have visited Israel 8 times. 1975, 1993, as tour leader for the past 6 years in succession 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Plans are now being made for the next Tour 22nd April 2013 The Lord Willing.
Some 25 have indicated they want to come with us on the Next Tour.Almost all of those have paid their deposits.
We plan to keep the group to about 30.

The Lion and Lamb
I often hear preachers use the phrase "and the lamb will lie down with the lion". I am assuming they are quoting the Bible, but I can't find it. I have read Isaiah 11:6-8 [6] The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. [7] And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. [8] And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
See All... and the Book of Revelation numerous times and have yet to find it. What does this phrase the lamb will lie down with the lion mean?
This is not an exact quote from scripture but rather a combination of thoughts from a couple of verses.

A few weeks before Sept. 11th, my wife and I found out we were going to have our first child. She planned a trip out to California to visit her sister. On our way to the airport, we prayed that God would grant my wife a safe trip and be with her. Shortly after I said 'amen,' we both heard a loud pop and the car shook violently. We had blown out a tire.
I replaced the tire as quickly as I could, but we still missed her Flight. Both very upset, we drove home. I received a call from my father who was retired NYFD. He asked
